"Personal Data" means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity , physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social.
The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:
2.a. - Navigation data
The computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with you, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. 3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING
The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by ANASCO Consulting for the following purposes:
3.a. - purposes related to the execution of the service or provision requested and therefore related to the execution of a contract of which it is a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at its request (eg: contact request for information and / or request for a quote, access to the reserved area);
3.b. - purposes of statistical research / analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, therefore without the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;
3.c. - purposes related to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which ANASCO Consulting is subject;
3.d. - purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions;

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or the response to a request.
The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, the purpose in point c) concerns the fulfillment of a legal obligation while the purpose referred to in point d) represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to the RGPD as , once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which ANASCO Consulting is subject, the purpose in point e) is allowed only with your consent, which you can revoke at any time by contacting ANASCO. The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide them could make it impossible to find your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which ANASCO Consulting is subject.
4. RECIPIENTS
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in point 3, with:
4.a. - subjects necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Site including, by way of example, the sending of e-mails and the analysis of the functioning of the Site who typically act as data processors of ANASCO;
4.b. - persons authorized by ANASCO Consulting to process Personal Data who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality; (e.g. employees and collaborators of ANASCO);

5. TRANSFERS
Some of your Personal Data will be transferred to Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. The Data Controller ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by the Recipients takes place in compliance with the RGPD. Indeed, the transfers are alternatively based on an adequacy decision or upon the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission. 6. DATA RETENTION
ANASCO Consulting will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3. Without prejudice to the above, ANASCO Consulting will process your Personal Data up to the time allowed by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947 (1) (3) cc).
